These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Elvori mobile application (“Elvori” or the “App”) and related services (the “Services”) provided by Elvori Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Eligibility (17+)
The Services are intended only for users who are at least 17 years old.
2) The Services
Elvori helps you manage home pantry inventory: upload photos of food items, add opening/expiration dates, categorize items, receive expiry reminders, and archive usage history to support better shopping decisions and reduce waste.
Some versions may include optional automation or AI-assisted features (e.g., extracting item details from images or text). Use of such features is optional and you control whether to provide content for processing.
3) Accounts
- Creation: you may need an account (name/username/email) for certain features.
- Security: keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access.
- Accuracy: keep account information accurate and up to date.
4) User Content (your data)
“User Content” includes photos, text, item data, and other materials you submit or store through the Services.
- You own your content.
- License to operate: you grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your content only as needed to operate and provide the Services you request.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit your content.
5) Acceptable use
- Do not violate laws or regulations.
- Do not access non-public areas or attempt to bypass security.
- Do not disrupt the Services or networks.
- Do not reverse engineer, except where permitted by law.
- Do not upload malicious code or infringing/harmful content.
6) Reminders and no professional advice
Expiry reminders and insights are provided for convenience only. You are responsible for decisions regarding food consumption, storage, and disposal. The Services do not provide medical, safety, or professional advice.
7) Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
8) Third-party services
The Services may depend on third-party platforms or services. We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them may be subject to their terms.
9) Changes, suspension, and termination
- Changes: we may modify, add, or remove features at any time.
- Termination by you: you may stop using the Services at any time.
- Termination by us: we may suspend/terminate access for Terms violations, legal requirements, or protection of users/Services.
10) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elvori Team will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data/profits arising from use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12) Governing law; arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of Elvori Team’s principal place of business (without regard to conflict of law rules). Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive/equitable relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
