1) Who this is for (17+)
Elvori is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child under 17 has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it as appropriate.

- Account: name, username, email address.
- Customer support: messages and any information you choose to provide.
- Pantry content: item details, categories, opening/expiration dates, notes, and optional photos.
B. Information collected automatically
- Device info: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, and operational identifiers.
- Usage analytics: feature interactions and performance metrics.
- Crash logs: crash reports and diagnostics.
C. Location (with permission)
If you enable location permissions, the App may access precise or approximate location information to support location-related features (if any) and for fraud/security and analytics purposes. You can disable location access at any time in device settings.
3) Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies (including web beacons) for login/session management, remembering preferences, and basic analytics/performance where parts of the Services use web-based components.

- Not used for marketing/training: we do not use your photos for marketing or advertising profiles.

Some versions may offer AI-assisted or automated processing (e.g., extracting item details from images or text). If you choose to use such features:
- Processed on our own servers: submitted images/text are processed on Elvori Team’s servers.
- No third-party sharing for processing: we do not share submitted images/text with third parties for AI processing.
- Prompt deletion: submitted images/text are deleted from our servers promptly after processing completes, unless you save results to your account.
- User control: you decide whether to upload content and whether to keep any extracted/generated output.
7) Sharing and disclosure
- With consent, when you direct us to share.
- Service providers acting on our behalf under contractual safeguards and minimum-necessary access.
- Legal/safety compliance and protection of rights.
- Business transfers (e.g., merger/acquisition) subject to safeguards.
8) International transfers
We may transfer and process information across borders and use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (or equivalent mechanisms) where required.
